Fiona Egan, creator of health, fitness and weight-loss franchise sásta fitness, and her business partner Joe Whyte of Innovative Fitness Solutions are set to feature on RTE’s National television programme on Monday 7th January.

The episode, which features a segment on location at Innovative Fitness Solutions, Boyle where the sásta treadmill pods are manufactured and the sásta fitness studio in Sligo, showcases the award-winning mentoring skills of sibling franchise owners Joanne Cullen and Lisa Garvin.

sásta Cavan franchise owner Mary O’Connor recounts the words of renowned musician and radio broadcaster, Martin Donohoe crediting the sásta experience with saving his life with the combination of the short workout sessions on the sásta fitness pod coupled with the sásta Nutrition education which completely changed his mindset about food.

Professor Niall Moyna, Professor in the School of Health and Human Performance at Dublin City University, speaks about the findings from his stringent testing programme on the sásta fitness pod.
