PuriFry provides servicing opportunities 24 hours a day, seven days a week as single or multi-van management operations.
The business can be operated from your own home, and has the flexibility to be operated during the hours that suit you, for a relatively low initial investment.
Hotels, restaurants, fast food outlets, hospitals, colleges, cafes, factories and schools are looking at reducing their operating costs – which is what PuriFry can do with its Fryer Management Service by reducing their cooking oil expenditure through filtration.
Cooking oil has trebled in price over the last six years to well over €1 per litre, with even relatively small kitchens using in excess of 100 litres per week and the largest locations up to 500 litres per week. This is a considerable cost in what is a consumable/disposable but unavoidable product, and can be reduced by up to 50 per cent by introducing the PuriFry service.
Visiting each location one, two or three times a week. PuriFry’s filtration equipment extracts the oil from their fryer. While it is hygienically cleaned, the bespoke filtration equipment purifies and clarifies the cooking oil, allowing it to be returned to the now spotless fryer for further use, instead of being dumped.

Among the extra services PuriFry franchise partners can offer are knife sharpening; decarbonising tank rental to aid in carbon removal from pots, pans, and cookers; cleaning chemicals and chefs’ whites.
The PuriFry franchise package is a complete ‘business in a box’. PuriFry helps you source a van and then fits it with tailored tanks, ramps, shelving and electrics and then stocks it with the range of specialised equipment you need. The company will also provide you with the professional PuriFry uniform and ensure you have all the right Personal Protection Equipment, marketing material, stationery and IT.
PuriFry trains you in every aspect of the business over a three-week period on fryer management provision, sales, marketing, IT, waste removal and handling, Legislative Requirements, Health & Safety and administration and operating the van. This comprehensive training is delivered through practical and classroom-based lessons and in your area, giving you the knowledge, confidence and experience to provide a professional and quality service to your customers.
Once you are operating your fryer management business, there are a range of support services provided by PuriFry head office, on the telephone, in person and web-based, ensuring you have an experienced Fryer Management Specialist available at all times able to answer any queries you may have about all aspects of the business such as sales and technical.
Support is not just limited to your own personal requirements as PuriFry actively sells the service to – and manages – National Accounts on your behalf, and negotiates with suppliers ensuring your operating costs are minimised, profit margins maximised and quality standards maintained.
The franchise fee for the PuriFry business opportunity is €18,500, with an additional capital requirement of approximately €7,000 to cover van deposit, licence costs and running costs for the first three months. Up to 70 per cent of the total requirement can be financed (€7,500 start-up capital required as a liquid asset) through PuriFry’s association with a national bank.
