A proven franchise in management training

The Expert Group on Future Skills Needs has estimated that over the next number of years 500,000 individuals in Ireland will need to be 'up-skilled'

Government has committed over 7 billion euros to up-skilling the workforce under the NDP, while employers spend over 1 billion euros annually on training and development.

Róisín Joyce (pictured left with Donal Brady), a franchisee in Dublin, was an experienced leader in the marketing industry before setting up a LMI franchise in 2001. 'I find the work challenging and it is extremely rewarding watching our clients achieve their goals and maximise their leadership potential.'
