Esquires Coffee – A Recipe for Success!
Esquires Coffee, a North American coffee franchise, has recently opened its doors in Airside Retail Park, Swords.
Following the success of their Longford and Carrick-on-Shannon stores, franchise owners Fergal McGovern and Rhona O’Sullivan are delighted to open their new flagship store, with seating for more than 100 people and ample free parking for all customers.
Fergal says: “Because our stores in Carrick-on-Shannon and Longford have proved so popular, we felt we needed to go for a store of this size, which is more than 5,000 sq.ft. The store is double the size of most other Esquires Coffee stores in Ireland and is located right beside The Premier Inn Hotel in the Retail Park.
“Quite a number of our existing customers are people travelling from Dublin over to the West and North West of Ireland. These customers were always asking us when we were going to open in Dublin?
“Now that we are open, we are very excited to be able to offer the same level of service and comfort to patrons in the general Swords/Malahide area.”
Rhona adds: “At Esquires, our main aim is to serve that perfect cup of gourmet coffee in luxury surroundings, combined with the freshest locally sourced produce to enable us to serve really nice tasting food. Our coffee, as one would expect, is a unique blend specifically roasted for Esquires Coffee. Relax with the daily papers and our professional ‘baristas’ will take care of the rest.
“Customers in Airside are certainly enjoying their favourite coffee in very pleasant surroundings and the feedback so far has been tremendous.
“Another important feature of our new coffee house is a dedicated area we have earmarked for young children where parents can relax and soak up the coffee house atmosphere while their children amuse themselves in the Kids Zone play area.”
Fergal states: “We always strive to provide our customers, ‘young and not so young’, with excellent customer service. It is and will always be a hallmark of our business and we invite coffee lovers to come in and experience this for themselves.”
The freedom of running their own business under such a renowned name is not the only benefit both Fergal and Rhona have discovered since becoming Esquires franchise owners.
“The ongoing support we have received has been excellent,” says Rhona. “The Esquires head office team is very experienced and hands on, they regularly visit us and we know they are always on the other end of a phone.”
Tony McVerry, Master Franchise Owner for Esquires Coffee Ireland says: “We consider training to be of paramount importance. All new Esquires Coffee franchise owners receive comprehensive and ongoing training and support. This ensures they and their team can deliver the highest quality products and services to customers, which will be fundamental to the success of their business.
“We also have a marketing team that develops national programmes and promotions and we also get involved in promoting the café locally.
“Esquires Coffee is keen to attract customer-focused franchise owners who have the ambition and commercial awareness to run a successful business.
“Fergal and Rhona are great examples of franchise owners who take advantage of being part of a brand and work hard to build their business. They have shown huge commitment to serving customers with great food and drinks and creating a friendly atmosphere in their coffee houses.
“Esquires Coffee offers franchise owners a chance to be part of a unique brand. We have some great opportunities for potential franchise owners who want to enjoy the benefits of Ireland’s growing love affair with cafés and become part of a strong International brand that is growing fast.”
