Driver Hire eyeing up Irish expansion
Transport and logistics recruitment franchise, Driver Hire is looking for franchise owners in Ireland.
Its franchise owners, which include a highly successful office North of the border in Belfast, is celebrating a best ever year in the company’s 30 year trading history. Another excellent set of weekly figures for the final week in March completed an outstanding 12 months. All of which helped Driver Hire to smash their previous best by over a £1m.
The network turnover for the year ending 31st March 2014 was £78m, 19 per cent up on the previous year. Around the country, 38 offices increased turnover by 25 per cent or more. Within that number were 18 offices who achieved growth of more than 50 per cent.
The past financial year has also seen increasing demand for Driver Hire’s additional range of services. As the first deadline for Driver CPC training gets closer, Driver Hire Training helped just short of 30,000 drivers towards completion of this essential qualification. Driver Hire’s eServices, which include on-line training and its innovative dh Licence Check, were also in demand.
