Dooley joins IFA and announces expansion plans

Property franchise Dooley Auctioneers is now a full member of the Irish Franchise Association (IFA) and has announced its plans, to launch 40 more estate agents in the next five years.

In preparation for its expansion Dooley has developed a support package to help its franchisees. This includes an operations manual, comprehensive training, marketing advice and branding support.

Founder and Managing Director Gabriel Dooley says: 'At a time when falling property prices are prompting many independent operators within our own sector to reassess their business, a Dooley franchise offers a proven model that will put them in a far better position to weather the economic storms. Having successfully launched our own business in the teeth of the last major property slump in the early 1990s, we certainly have the track record to prove it.

'As the first franchisor within our industry to fully develop and operate a business format franchise, we are excited by the opportunity to bring the best practice principles of business format franchising to the Irish estate agency sector.'

In preparation for the franchise rollout, Dooley Group has devoted significant resources to putting in place a complete range of support structures for its franchisees that includes a comprehensive operations manual, thorough training, expert marketing and branding support and a fully integrated internet and intranet network.
