The Dooley Group to launch 40 estate agents in five years

The Dooley Group has announced its plans to become a nationwide network by 2013 by launching 40 new estate agent offices throughout Ireland. In order to achieve its goal, The Dooley Group is on the look out for like-minded prospective franchisees that share the company's value.

Founder and Managing Director of The Dooley Group, Gabriel Dooley says: 'Roughly one Irish estate agent in five now operates as part of a franchised network. That leaves a balance of around 80 per cent who still function as independent operators. In an increasingly brand-oriented market, however, more and more of these operators recognise that their future lies in joining a franchise that provides them with a proven, well-supported and properly resourced business model.

'The Dooley Group sets itself apart from other franchisors by devoting significant time, energy and resources into perfecting a strong and comprehensive business model that takes franchising to a whole new level.'

Established in 1994 in Bray, Co Wicklow The Dooley Group began franchising in 2003. Franchisees will have access to start-up and ongoing support in the form of a mentor, IT support, a marketing support package and an operations manual, which details the procedures and advice for all aspects of the business.
