David Reid Homes, a unique design and build franchise from New Zealand, is searching for its first visionary partners in Ireland.

David Reid Homes (DRH) is a unique and hugely successful franchise founded in 1993 in New Zealand. One that has grown internationally from strength to strength since that time.

It is a true design and build specialist, one with local people on the ground dealing directly with their clients under the 'corporate umbrella' of an international design and build business, David Reid Homes.

The DRH proposition for the new home buyer is very straight forward. DRH franchisees, with a gallery of over 150 'basic' designs to act as a starting point, sit down with the client and utilising the custom-built computer programme, which even allows 'fly through' graphics of the internal spaces as the computer builds the image, begin the design process. They then move on to specifying the very best in fixtures, fittings and build materials, before managing the entire project (through your project manager) on an agreed fixed cost basis.

At the end of the contract the franchisee hands over the keys to the client's brand new, individually designed and built David Reid Homes property and leaves another delighted client in their new and unique home.

DRH is now launching in Ireland. A truly unique and very special business opening for those individuals with vision. This extraordinary opportunity will appeal primarily not to builders but to seasoned business professionals. Having said that, two current franchisees, one in Australia and one in New Zealand, were builders before joining DRH, so we do not rule out anybody currently involved in the building process.

However, the most important attribute that we look for in our franchise partners is solid business experience to include an excellent understanding of the requirements of the client relationship, with a comprehensive knowledge of the sales and marketing process (again industry experience not required). You must possess a serious desire to build a very substantial business and to enjoy the rewards of owning such a business.

As well as designing and building premium, uniquely aspirational homes, for the UK and European market, DRH franchisees will also be offering a bespoke renovation service to the same standard as the new home build, and there will also be the opportunity for DRH franchisees to participate in, and earn substantial commission from, the David Reid investment programmes.
