Irish Franchise Award winners announced
The Irish Franchise Association (IFA) held its annual Irish Franchise Awards ceremony at the Conrad Hotel where it presented its awards to candidates who had demonstrated excellence in franchising.

Irish Independent Business presented The Franchisee of the Year awards for the retail and service sectors. The winner of The Retail Franchisee of the Year was Edward Marcus who owns a Quiznos sub franchise, while the award of The Service Franchisee of the Year went to Donnchadh & Denise McGinn who own a Chem-dry franchise.
The Irish Franchise Magazine presented Kendlebell (Tom Shanahan and David Kelly) with the award for Best Emerging Franchise. The final award, The Franchise Person of the Year, went to Bill Holohan of Holohan Solicitors and was presented by Irish Franchise Exhibition.
Chairman of the Irish Franchise association John Green comments: "I would like to congratulate the winners of those short listed and thank all who attended and participated raising the standards of franchising once again."
