The company is recognised as a multifaceted, professional franchise development company in UK and overseas markets, and provides a broad range of services to assist with successful franchise development through its 17 international franchised and associate offices. With the franchise sector in Ireland experiencing unprecedented interest and growth, FDS is looking to add FDS Ireland to its quiver.
Roy Seaman, FDS Founder and Managing Director, explains: 'We are seeking experienced business or management professionals, individuals or companies, with excellent contacts, to become FDS's franchise expert in Ireland. Ideally based in Dublin, the Master Franchisee's task will be three-fold: To help import international franchise concepts; to aid the development of indigenous brands in Ireland; and to help Irish companies expand into the UK and international markets. This will be achieved through our seven divisions.'
For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to tap into Ireland's entrepreneurial culture and to develop a substantial business following a system proven over 25 years and in 11 countries. Roy Seaman furthers: 'The franchise is being offered as a going concern since FDS already has consultancy and advertising clients, as well as more than 20 contracts to help established franchisors enter the Irish market. Over the years we have worked with Irish brands such as O'Briens, Eddie Rockets, Luigi Malones, Sliderobes, Cleaning Doctor, Fastway and Ladies Workout Express.' In addition to consultancy packages, the Master Franchisee will receive revenue through the sale of advertising in The Irish Franchise Magazine, which is an important income stream and a successful vehicle for promoting FDS products and services, and commission from the sale of Master Franchise Rights in Ireland.
As part of the agreement, FDS will provide initial and ongoing training on every facet of the business from its head office in Norwich, through regular consultant's workshops, meetings, seminars, and in-house communications. Ongoing support will be readily available, particularly during the first 12 months of operation. 'The strength and value of the FDS Master Franchise is the extent of the support services, and we can confidently declare to prospective Master Franchisees that whatever support is needed, is provided,' states Roy Seaman.
FDS aims to continuously offer new and innovative services to help established and prospective franchisors and franchisees succeed, and to become the number one choice providing the fullest possible range of services to the franchise sector.
