The franchisee, Robert Craig, will operate the 1600sq ft, 70 seat cafÉ in the high street, employing 15 staff. The cafÉ will come complete with a sound proof play area facilitating up to 40 kids. The new addition will bring the number of cafÉs to 10, which up until now have solely remained company owned.
