Agency Express celebrates its 10th anniversary this year and is on the look out for new franchisees to join its extended network and run centres in the remaining prime untapped territories and re-sale opportunities. The company's network has a total of 95 franchisees from across Ireland and the UK.

The company was established in 1998 and was founded by Stephen Watson. Agency Express is a van-based franchise that assembles and maintains as many as one in five UK estate agency boards. The initial investment of £18,500 (plus reclaimable VAT) provides the franchisee with a comprehensive start up package including exclusive rights over a territory and a 10-year licence.
