Summary of Operation: Recopro is a "one stop shop" in the fire and water damage restoration industry. We've been in the business for 10 years, helping people recover from property damage, returning families to their homes and getting businesses running again.

Ideal Franchise Owner Profile: No experience or history in this business field is required. We are looking for individuals with a great work ethic and a strong sense of achievement. Good project management skills, experience working with computers, willingness to get involved in marketing and sales activities, discipline and good communication skills are what we're looking for in candidates.

Training Provided: The full training programme will start as soon as the agreement has been signed. There are two weeks of training: Marketing and sales training, IT training, back office training, on-site training.

Support Service: Continual support will be available from head office. This will involve head office supplying you with leads for your territory. The franchisor has a team of contractors in place and will help the franchisee to develop their own team of contractors. Ongoing support is provided including: marketing, website, unlimited free consultation and online support.
