Training Provided: A comprehensive training programme to ensure all our outlets fully implement/follow our Operations Platform with key drivers such as Team, Coffee our Hero, CARES, Operational Leadership & Sales and Profit. The initial training is covered over a two week period involving the franchise owner Manager and there is ongoing support/monitoring to ensure that all our outlets fully implement our Global Standards with absolute consistency.

Support Service: Continuous developmental marketing and operational support, site selection expertise, project management, access to Gloria Jean's Coffees global resources, a proven operating system, extensive knowledge of the coffee industry, staff selection expertise.
